1 sm banana5 lg straberries3 pineapple rings (fresh or canned)6oz vanilla yogurt 1 cup ice
Makes about 22 oz.
Put banana, strawberries, pineapple rings (can use canned if you don't have fresh), Add some of the juice if you woud like. Vanilla yougurt or fruit yogurt. One cup of ice and blend until smooth.
