*Ground beef, lean, 15 oz *Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1.25 cup*Organic or Low-Carb Tomato Ketchup, 8 to 10 Tbsp*Organic Cream of Tomato Soup, 1 cup*Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup*Garlic, 6 tsp*2 Eggs, large
Mix everything together in a bowl and mix with hands or mixer.
Put into two bread pans. Cook at 350 for about one hour. Makes great sandwiches too.
We usually cook one and freeze the other for later.
