4 links of Italian Sauasage- or 1 long rope- about 1 1/2 pounds2 - 12 oz. cans Tomato Sauce1 - 12 oz can Stewed Tomatoes1 1/2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp. Sugar
Makes 8 servings-
Remove sausage from skins. Brown in a skillet on med- high heat til no longer pink. drain fat if there is a lot to drain. Add the tomatoes and sauce. Stir and add seasonings and sugar. Stir well and reduce temp to simmer. Cover and simmer 20 min.
