Rose's Beef and Onion Burgers

- 400g of lean beef mince- 1 large onion- 2 cloves of garlic- 1 egg- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Chop the onion finely, crush the garlic then place in a large bowl.
- Add the beef, chilli powder and egg to the mixture.
- Get your hands in and mix it all up!
- Once mixed put into a food processor to make a thick paste.
- Take out a small palm sized ball of the mixtue and role it in your hands, then pat it to make it more flat.
- Once all your burgers are shaped put on the grill fo 5 - 10 minutes or untill cooked, then enjoy!!
