This is a wonderful dangerous dessert. Hard to eat 1 serving but great for overripe peaches - 6/24/11

This is a great recipe. I have a recipe similar to this that calls for canned peaches and uses the peach juice instead of the whipping cream - 1/21/18

I'm looking at the ingredient list and wondering if the calorie count could be further reduced by using Neufchatel cheese and egg substitute. I'm sure this recipe is so tasty it would be nice to have a bigger piece! - 11/15/11
