Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (sliced)3 roma tomatoes (diced)2.5 cups of whole wheat penne pasta.5 cup of olive oil1 cup of chicken broth/stock3 cloves of garlic OR two spoonfuls of minced garlic2 tbsp of garlic powderpepper*chicken rub optional
Directions
slice chicken and add chicken rub/seasoning
add olive oil to pan with garlic and heat (gentle)
add chicken to pan
add tomatoes to pan
heat water to boil pasta, add pasta
add chicken stock to chicken pan with onion powder and pepper
add cooked pasta to chicken pan
heat for a few minutes

makes 4 one cup servings

    This recipe looks very good but I question the calorie count. I think .5 cup olive oil is excessive. I will try it tonight with cooked chicken to reduce the calories. - 7/6/09

    I made this for dinner tonught and the whole family enjoyed it. My husband lovesw anything with whole garlic cloves in it. - 4/22/09
