Ingredients
14.5 oz can of Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Sweet onion8 oz can of tomato sauce1 cup beef broth1 lb cube steakmedium onion, sliced (about a cup)1 clove of garlic, crushed1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/4 cup flour2 TBSP Olive Oil
Directions
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge cube steaks in flour mixture. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Once hot, brown dredged steaks.

After browning, add in rest of ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for an hour.

Serves 5.

    This was really good. I did it in the slow cooker and I added a can of mushrooms and 2 TBS tiny tapioca (to thicken the sauce). It was a big hit. - 10/26/08
