Banana Cinnamon Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients
Unsalted butter (for greasing)2 Bananas, peeled & sliced8 slices whole grain bread, lightly buttered & cut in half diagonally, crusts removed2 tbsp raw brown sugar3 large eggs1-1/4 cups milk (non-fat)1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tbsp honey
Directions
Serves 4

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease baking dish & arrange the banana slices in the bottom. Top with the bread slices, overlapping each slice to cover the banana.

Whisk the sugar, eggs, milk, and cinnamon together in a bowl and pour over the bread.

Drizzle over the honey and bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until risen & golden.
