Ingredients
5 oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast1T Cornstarch1/4 Cup fat-free egg substitute2T finally chopped almonds
Directions
Sprinkle each side of the chicken with cornstarch. Dip into the egg substitute, then sprinkle with almonds.
Coat a small, nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Cook the chicken 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches 165 degrees F.

    This was very good. I cooked the chicken on the stove for about 5 minutes on each side and then finished it in the oven. I cooked it in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes. - 2/11/09
