Quacamole

Ingredients
1 small tomato (seeded and chopped)1 small onion chopped (aprox. 1/2 cup)1 clove of garlic (minced)1 Avocado (peeled, seeded, and chopped)Juice of 1, small lime. (only use half if really juicy)1 tsp of salt (if desired)
Directions
Place all ingrediants in a small bowl. Make sure the avocado is smashed, so there are no large chunks. *This can easily be done with a potato masher or fork.

Serve with veggies, baked tortillas, or with grilled chicken or steak.

    I'll make this again. I used two avocados and used the juice of a half a lemon instead of lime as that is what I had and it was fine. A scant 1/2 tsp salt was right for me with low salt chips. - 7/19/13
