Sausage & Gravy

1 lb turkey sausage1 tbsp of ground thyme1 tbsp of ground marjoram1-2 tbsp of chicken soup base2 pkgs of sausage favor gravy mix4 cups water or nonfat milkonion flakes (optional)salt & pepper to taste
coat pan with non stick spray
brown sausage till no longer pink
add spices and 3 cups water or milk. and soup base.
Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix your gravy and stir into your sausage it will thicken. Remove from heat and serve. (I have found if you let it sit for a day or two in frig. the favor is best)
this will make about 8 1/2 cup servings.
