Polenta

Ingredients
1 lb. yellow polenta, coarsely ground2 qts. water1/4 oz. salt
Directions
Add salt to the water and boil. Gradually add the cornmeal (polenta) stirring constantly. Pour into a bread pan to set up. Once it is set, place it on a plate and cover with marinara, meatballs & sausage, mushroom sauce or whatever creation you can think of. A filling meal!
