Ingredients
Zucchini 2 cups slicedCottage Cheese Nonfat 1 cupSpaghette/Marinara Sauce 1 cupKraft 2% shredded Cheddar Cheese .25 cupParmesan Cheese 2 Tbsp
Directions
This is simple to make. Layer the ingredients into a9 inch pan in order using half the ingredients at a time so you have two layers of all. Bake at 350 degrees F until the zucchini is tender. Some like it al dente. Should take about 45 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.

    This recipe was awesome, although I did tweak it a little by adding mushrooms and chopped spinach. My boyfriend says it's deceiving because it looks fattening, but it's really quite healthy! I will definitely be making this again! - 4/22/09
