Ingredients
1 lb. box Barilla Plus Penne/Elbows2 12 oz. cans Evaporated nonfat milk3 C. Nonfat Milk, nonfat.75 C. Egg substitute (you could sub 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg, but the nutrition values will change)4 C. 50% Light Cheddar Cheese2 tsp. Salt2 T. Hot Pepper Sauce3 T. Garlic powder2 T. Onion powder2 T. Ground black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the crock of a slow cookers and mix well. Pasta will be uncooked. Cover tightly and cook on high 2-3 hours.

    Looks good but I'm leery after trying a mac and cheese in a crockpot similar to a crockpot lasagne I make. Uncooked noodles in the lasagne worked well, but the macaroni became mush (tho little expansion) in 3 hrs. - 4/14/09
