14 OZ COCONUT1 CAN OF EAGLE BRAND MILK1 TSP OF ALMOND EXTRACT1/2 TSP OF CINNAMON
Directions
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPOON ONTO A COOKIE SHEET THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH NON-STICK. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL SLIGHTLY--5 MINUTES. TRANSFER TO A DISH EITHER LINED IN WAX PAPER OR LIGHTLY SPRAY THE DISH WITH NON-STICK AND SPREAD AROUND WITH A PAPER TOWEL.
