Ingredients
1 c mustard greens1 c turnip greens3 c collard greens1/2 c onions and 1/2 c green peppers2 Tbs cider vinegar2 cloves garlic3 strips bacon and 3 Tbs olive oil
Directions
Cut each bacon strip into 3 pcs, fry until crisp
Drain off excess fat
Add onions and green peppers, cook until onions are transparent
Add rest of ingredients
Cook for at least 30 minutes
