Ingredients
2cups-sliced zucchini2cups-sliced yellow squash1cup-chopped onion3tbsp-olive oil3-4 garlic cloves minced
Directions
put olive oil in large saute pan add minced garlic add onion cook for a couple minutes then add zucchini and squash cook until until golden then turn. add little water put lid on and turn stove off let sit for 5 minutes serve 6

    I make a similar veg dish using either tomatoe juice or V8 juice ,cover steam them to soften .Uncover and reduce liquid. Easy and low cal. if you reduce oil a bit. - 3/23/09
