Shelley's Summer Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1 box of Elbow Macaroni (barilla plus or similar)1 jar of dill pickle spears1 box of frozen peas1/2 jar (30oz) of Light Mayo (or less, to taste)Chunk Cheese - cheddar or monterey jack
Directions
Cook pasta as instructed on box
Cook peas as instructed on box

While these are cooking, cut pickles and cheese into bite-sized chunks.

Cool pasta and peas under cold running water. Mix everything together, adding mayo a bit at a time. Cool in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. Mix and add more mayo as needed.
