# Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped# Green Onion, 0.5 cup # Cilantro, raw, 16 tbsp# Radishes, 0.25 cup slices# Lime Juice, 1 lime yieldsOptional: chile powder and salt to taste
Wash and dry all vegetables
Slice fine the cabbage, green onion and radishes
Chop cilantro coarsely
Toss all vegetables in bowl with lime juice from one lime
Add chile powder and salt to taste
This is tasty as a side dish and also goes into authentic soft tacos with pulled roasted meats.
