1lb 97% lean turkeyChopped Green Peppers ( 1/4 to 1/2 Cup)Chopped Onion (1/4 to 1/2 Cup)Yellow Mustard (1-3 tsp to taste)1 C KetchupSplash of Worcester Sauce to tastes
Directions
Brown turkey with green peppers and onions Then drain off grease.
Add ketchup, mustard & worcester sauce to taste. Some like it with a little more bite (from worcester & mustard)
