Ingredients
Curry powder, 3 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 0.50 tsp Olive Oil, 2 tbspGarlic, 5 clovesDiced Tomatoes, 1 canChickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
Directions
Saute garlic in 1 tbsp oil.
Add cooked beans, tomatoes, spices, and remaining oil.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.

Makes about 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
