whole wheat tortilla pizza

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz shredded finelyOnions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) chopped Black Olives, 4 jumbo (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 tbsp (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large (remove)*Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil, 0.25 cup just enought to cover the whole tortilla, probably just a couple of tablespoons.
Directions
place tortilla in teflon pan on med-low heat to heat and toast a little on one side (about 2 minutes). In the meantime, chop all veggies.
Heat toaster oven (or oven) at 350. Arrange pasta sauce, veggies and cheese last on top of tortilla, bake until cheese melts (less than 10 minutes). Enjoy.

    This was pretty tasty...I did add ground turkey that I had seasoned with italian spices. My husband liked it, so that makes it even better. I would make again, and I do like to make my own whole wheat pizza dough, but this is perfect on nights when time is short. - 3/12/10
