Lime Juice, 3 lime yields Bulgur, dry, 1 cup Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Parsley, bunch; choppedmint - 5-6 leaves chopped
soak bulgur wheat in hot boiling water for about 15 minutes. Chopped all veggies and herbs and put in bowl. Squeeze limes into bowl and olive oil and salt and mix in. Refrigerate and eat cold.

thank you for your nice rating! I forgot to include to drain the water from bulgur wheat and also that I prefer to use red onions.
