1 16 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green pepper, celery, and onions2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce1 large sweet bell pepper, chopped1/2 large yellow onion, chopped1 20 oz. pkg. extra lean ground turkey (99% fat free)Oregano, basil, and garlic powder, to taste
Boil pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook pepper, onion, turkey, and spices in non-stick skillet over medium heat, until meat is no longer pink. Drain cooked pasta and return to pot. Add meat mixture, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Mix well and heat through. Makes about 16 servings, 1/2 cup each.
