Summer Chicken & Fruit Salad

Ingredients
* 1 chicken breast (about 4 ounces), already cooked* 1 cup of pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple, with juice* 1 large peach* 1/2 cup of seedless grapes* 1/2 cup of orange juice with calcium, no pulp
Directions
1) Cut chicken breast into small chunks.
2) Slice peach, then halve slices.
3) Halve grapes, if desired.
4) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.

Best if refrigerated for at least one hour. Divide equally into two portions. May easily be doubled or trebled for more diners.
