Creamy Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
2 16-oz packages of frozen cauliflower5 tbsp fat free sour cream4 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter3 tsp dry chicken stock or bouillon1 tbsp minced garlicWater (as needed)
Directions
Boil cauliflower for 7 minutes. Drain. Combine cauliflower, sour cream, butter, garlic, and bouillon in food processor. Mix ingredients at low speed, adding water if necessary to reach desired consistency. Makes 5 1-cup servings.
