Holly's Low Fat Spicy Soup

Salsa, 4 tbsp (Chipotle salsa is great in this!)Canned tomatoes, .5 cup (I use fire-roasted canned tomatoes)Frozen peas, 0.5 cupCanned black beans, .5 cup (do not drain-the liquid will help thicken the soup)Sweet potato, .5 cup, cubesTomato juice, with salt added, .5 cupA splash of white wineFresh pepper to taste
Dump all ingredients into a pot and simmer until potato is soft. If soup is too thick, add more tomato juice!
