Lebanese Salad

Ingredients
parsley, tomatoes, scallions (green onions), bulgur wheat, mint, salt, lemon juice, olive oil
Directions
chop parsley very fine, cut green onions very thin, chop tomatoes very small,

Soak bulgur in water for 1/2 hour

add to parsley mixture

add rest of ingredients

mix and leave for at least 1 hour before serving
