Sesame crusted fish

Ingredients
4 piesces tilapia2 Tbsp Olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 cup sesame seeds
Directions
Salt and pepper both sides of fish.
Coat both sides of fish in sesame seeds.
Add fish to med. heated oil.
Cook both sides for about 3 minutes, or until fish flakes.

    I liked this recipe. If you pat the sesame seeds firmly into fish, the seeds stay on. I only had a few in the bottom of pan. I used them to top fish. - 7/23/13
