Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
Lrg Box of Pasta(your choice, we like spiral)2 Lrg Cans Tuna (in Water)2 Cans Green Peas1 Lrg Onion(Vidalia is the best we've tried)2 Cans Crm of Mushroom SoupSoup Can of Milk 1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard1 Tbsp. Worchestire SauceSalt & Pepper4C. Shredded Cheddar CheesePotato Chips(Optional)
Directions
Boil Pasta until done. In large skillet, saute onion, then add crm of mushroom soup, a full soup can of milk, yellow mustard, worchestire sauce. Simmer for a few minutes, then add tuna, cheddar cheese and peas.

Drain pasta and pour into something big to mix in. Add tuna mixture,Salt & Pepper.

Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes @ 350.

Makes 12 1.5 cup servings

As a topping to entice the kids, I sometimes crush potato chips on top before baking.
