Ingredients
4 cups zucchini1 small onion6 slices baconcheddar cheeseone small can tomato sauce
Directions
Par boil zucchini for 2 minutes, drain and set aside. Saute chopped bacon and onion. Layer
zucchini and bacon/onion in casserole dish. top with tomato sauce and cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
