I really enjoyed these with a cup of coffee and some fruit for breakfast! I skipped the topping, only used about .25 cups of sugar, and threw in some dried cranberries for added flavor. Mine came out a little chewy and dry, but they're good heated up and with a warm drink. - 12/22/09

These muffins turned out nice and moist with good flavor. I added some dried cranberries into the second batch which turned out yummy. - 5/20/09
