Pizza Dough- No yeast

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 tsp italian seasoning1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil1 1/2 Tbsp water1 egg, lightly beaten 2/3 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking powder, oregano (any spices you would like) and black pepper. Mix in egg and milk; stir well. Press batter into prepared pan. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10minutes, until crust is set.
Remove crust from oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

Makes 8 servings. Nutrition is for crust only.

    This recipe turned out well, however I had to guess at what to do with the oil and water. I mixed them in with the eggs and milk, which seemed to be the right thing to do... And, I substituted soymilk in, which also was fine. Thanks for posting this! - 1/3/10
