Moroccan bulgur with turkey

250 grams dark turkey meat, chopped250 grams drained chick peas30 grams raisins1 cup dry bulgur, cooked according to directions1 cup salsa1.75 cups sliced zucchini
makes four servings
Sauté turkey pieces with the sliced zucchini. Make the bulgur separately and add the raisins to it when it is done to steam a bit.
Add the salsa to the turkey and zucchini, add the chick peas and simmer a bit.
Either mix it with the cooked bulgur and raisins, or serve over the top.
