Braised cabbage with ginger and garlic

Ingredients
12 oz cabbage1 tb Canola Oil3 cloves garlic chopped1 tb Ginger Root, chopped1/4 cup dry Sherry2 tb lime Juice
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add cabbage and cook, stirring, 5 min until brown. Add galic and ginger and stir. Add sherry, allow to bubble briefly, turn down heat, cover, and cook about 15 min. Add lime juice and serve.
