Best Pizza Ever

Recipe of Whole wheat thin crust pizza dough, (makes 8 servings, seperate into 8 and freeze the rest or make bigger pizzas for your family)1 oz.italian spicy sausage 1/2 cup pizza blend cheese1/4 cup favorite pizza sauce (ours is Gino's)2 T chopped onion1/4 cup chopped tomato
Make dough, seperate it into 8 = servings, roll flat as a tortilla and place on a cookie sheet sprinkled with corn meal and bake 6-7 minutes in a 425* oven. Take out and immediately add the sauce, italian sausage and onion. Sprinkle with the cheese then add the tomatoes on the top. Place back in the oven for about 12-14 minutes, checking after 10 and take out when it's to your liking.
The recipe is configured using 1 serving of the dough. Be sure to roll it thin, that' s how we like it though. I also didn't use a full 1 oz of sausage, but it figured easeir.
