1/2 cup Fiber One cereal 1 serving brown sugar instant oatmeal (or your favorite) 1/2 cup non fat milk 2 Tablespoons flaxseed mealchopped apple (optional) raisins (optional) banana (optional)
Directions
1Make oatmeal according to directions.
2Add cereal, fruit, flax, and milk.
3Stirl and enjoy.
4note: depending on variety of oatmeal, you may not need the sugar.
