Turkey Sausage Rotini

Ingredients
1 package italian turkey sausage (5 links)4 oz. Smart Taste Rotini1 Can Diced tomatoes with basil & oregano5 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook rotini until almost al dente. Drain, set aside.
Cut sausage links into slices. Cook until browned in skillet. Add tomatoes. Let cook for 5 minutes. Add rotini. Cook until rotini is to desired consistency. Turn to low. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Serve.

Makes 5 servings, abt. 1 cup.

    Grear recipe! I used jennie-O Italian turkey sausage and regular diced tomatoes...added garlic salt and italian seasoning, forgot the parmesan, but it's okay because I added some sauce to the mix to make it a bit saucier...great recipe! - 3/25/10
