1 can sugar free apple pie filling (Walmart)1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds Cereal (or other granola cereal with about 170 calories per cup)1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Divide apple pie filling into 2 microwave-safe dishes. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir. Microwave each serving separately for 4 minutes. Stir well. Sprinkle with each bowl with 1/2 cup cereal. Microwave each bowl 1 minute longer. Serve while hot. This makes 2 large servings or you can divide it up into 3-4 smaller servings. 192 calories per serving for 2 servings.
