Caprese Calzone

Ingredients
1 pita bread, whole-wheat (6-1/2" dia) 2 plum tomato Basil, 1/2 tsp Fat Free Mozzarella, 0.5 cup Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 1 oz
Directions
Mix all but the pita
Stuff all into the pita
Wrap in tin foil
Bake @350 for 10 minutes, or enjoy cold.
