Lemon Pesto Chicken

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)2 Tbsp Lemon Juice1.5 Cups Milk1 Package Knorr Creamy Pesto Sauce Mix1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese8 oz cooked pasta
Directions
*Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brow n chicken, stirring occasionally
*Stir in lemon juice and cook 1 minute
*Stir in milk and Pesto sauce mix and bring to a boil.
*Stir in cheese.
*Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes.
*Toss sauce with hot pasta.

Makes 4 servings.
