Ingredients
1/2 T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread1 cup elbow macaroni6 oz Tuna, Canned in Water1 clove Garlic2 T Ricotta cheese1/3 cup 2% Milk1 T part-skim Mozzarella Cheese1 T Parmesan Cheese, grated1 t Dijon Mustard1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Directions
Prepare macaroni according to package instructions (omitting salt).
Over low heat, melt butter and add in garlic.
Add cheeses, milk, dill, and mustard; whisk until smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients
