1 tbsp olive oil1 lb. ground turkeymed. onion, chopped2 tsp garlic, chopped1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp cumindiced tomatoes, 15 oz. can2 ears fresh sweet corn, kernels removedNavy Beans, 15 oz. cansaltpepper
Saute onions, garlic and turkey until turkey is cooked through. Add chili powder and cumin to coat. Cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes and corn. Cook for 1 min. Add Navy beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
