Spicy Mexican Style Chicken Dinner Salad

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (chopped)Onion (chopped)Black Beans (rinsed and drained)Sweet Corn (rinsed and drained)Avocado (peeled and sliced)Cilantro (chopped)Chicken Breast (cooked and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)Tortilla Chips (crushed slightly)Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Dressing
Directions
Cook chicken breast (if large, split in half - you only need about 3 oz.'s per serving). Set aside to cool.

Sweet corn & Black beans (rinse and drain - set aside)

Chop lettuce, onion, & cilantro. Place in individual bowl.

Crush tortilla chips. Place in bowl.

Toss chopped veggies, chicken pieces, corn, black beans & tortilla chips with Salad dressing.

Garnish with avocado.

Makes 1 Serving - so double, triple etc. as necessary.
