Ingredients
6 mini graham crusts8 oz. fat free cream cheese15 oz. can pumpkin3 tbsp. sugar (more or less to taste)1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Blend pumpkin, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fill 6 mini crusts with pumpkin filling and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. (didn't know how long and what temp to bake it at so just did whatever and it turned out fine. you could probably bake for less time?)
