Low Fat Zucchini Bread

3 C flour1 C sugar2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tsp pumpkin pie spice2 large eggs1 large egg white1/3 C canola oil2/3 C unsweetened applesauce2 1/2 C grated zucchini1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Bake at 350 until toothpick tests done. Makes large loaf.
