Low Carb Yogurt

Ingredients
1 Half Gallon Hood Calorie Countdown 2%1/4 cup Dannon All Natural Plain Yogurt2/3 cup Non Fat Dry Milk
Directions
In a large pan slowly heat the hood milk until it reaches 180 degrees. Remove from the heat and let cool until it reaches 115 degrees. Once the milk has cooled add the yogurt and powdered milk. Pour the mixture into jars and place in a food cooler (one you would use for camping) that has been packed with cloth of some kind (IE: towels) and let it incubate for 8 to 10 hours.

Makes 9 - 1 cup servings.
