Ingredients
* Kikkiman Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix * Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz (cut into 1/4 inch strips) * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices (You can also use pre-shredded carrots to save time) * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (you can also buy the pre-sliced mushrooms to save time) * Onions, raw, 1 largeNOTE: You will need a very large skillet or Wok.
Directions
Start by dissolving the seasoning packet in 2/3 cup of water, room temperature water worked fine for me. Set this aside, you won't need it until the last step.

Take your stir-fry meat and start browing it in a non-stick pan, I did this without any need for oil or spray, you may have to add some depending on your cookware. Once the meat is browned, put it aside, leave any juices left over from cooking.

Now add your ALL your veggies. The recipe on the packet says to let them cook about 4 minutes. I let them cook about 10-15. Depends on how soft you like your veggies. After about the first 5 minutes I added 2 tablespoons of water to help steam things along.

When the Veggies have reached your preferred softness, return the meat to the pan with the sauce you set aside. Cook on a Medium heat until the sauce boils and thickens.

Serve with 1/2 cup of your favorite rice.

Makes six servings.
