Chinese Beef Broccoli

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch Beef, top sirloin, 100 grams *Oyster Sauce, 3 tbsp Cornstarch, 0.07 cup Garlic, 0.5 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Rice Wine, 1 tbspCanola oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. Cut broccoli. Soak in water with salt and vinegar. Discard water.
2. Cut beef into thin slices.
3. Marinate beef slices in soy sauce and rice wine.
4. Blanch broccoli in boiling water.
5. Heat canola oil in wok.
6. Add ginger root and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
7. Saute beef slices in 6 very quickly.
8. Save beef slices for later use.
9. Use the same wok to saute blanched broccoli.
10. Mix cornstarch and oyster sauce with 4 tbsp water.
11. Add 10 to 9.
12. Add the saved beef slices from 8.
13. Serve.
