Ingredients
1 cup non-fat yogurt1 heaping tablespoon non-fat, sugar-free, instant white chocolate pudding mix1/2 cup raspberries (if using frozen, make sure there is not added sugar)Directions: mix the yogurt and DRY pudding mix together in a bowl. Put in a nice glass dessert dish. Top with the raspberries.Makes 1 1-cup serving. Can be doubled, tripled, etc.*your favorite fruit could be substituted for the raspberries.

    This was so delicious! I put rasberries in the bottom of the glass as well as the top, and put chocolate shaving on the top. It was 10 times better than ice cream and a lot healthier. My brother even loved it, and he hates yogurt! - 1/17/09

    really good. better than mixing sf pudding with milk, thicker and richer tasting. I've substituted all kinds of fruit and pudding, and this is just good. - 12/22/08

    oh yum!!!
    I used fat free or almost fat free yogurt with fruit on top, but never some pudding.. This will be delicious!!
